Gee, I wish I had a machine that could state the obvious.

My Fitbit registered a whopping hour and fifty-one minutes of sleep last night. I have it on a sensitive setting,(because it can’t tell sleeping from reading, if I don’t.) but that’s “significantly less” than my usual amount of sleep. I am reminded to get back to my usual schedule. There are moments where you’d like to slap your activity and fitness tracker, aren’t there?

      Two settings–normal and sensitive. You go to and click the gear in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
      Scroll down, and in the main section–under your details–is sleep sensitivity. Click on that, and it will give you the options. Change to what you want and hit submit.
      The normal option had me asleep when I knew perfectly well I was awake. The sensitive setting might be a little too sensitive, but at least it can tell the difference between a good night and a bad one.
