It was one of those days, where you have to focus on the journey, instead of the destination. If you can do that, it’s a nice little walk. If not… well, eventually, you wind up at the Burlington Northern Railroad track. It’s a nice track. An active track. Somewhere beyond that (and the very nice, barbed wire topped fence that’s there to keep you off railroad property) is the river, but uhm… er… Well, let’s just focus on the journey, shall we?
It’s a good, shady path. Lots of flowers and birds.
And I got there early enough that it was still pretty cool.
Maybe next time, I’ll wind up with actual, toes in the water river.
